Isabelle will be 2 years old in a few weeks. I can't believe it. Since we've been in Oregon, I asked my sister if she would take pictures for her birthday. In theory, it seemed like such a good idea. Isabelle has always done so great when we took her pictures. But I failed to factor in the fact that in the last month, Isabelle has become fully mobile and is a full time walker! Ya! But this also means that she had no desire to sit and have her picture taken when she could run away at full speed. So when we kept picking her up and putting her back - there were tears and howling, which made pictures pretty difficult. Despite not having the easiest subject to shoot, Dodi still managed to get some great shots.

The birthday girl
I tried to get some pictures of the kids together. Eli wasn't any happier than Isabelle to have his picture taken, so there were lots of pouty lips and hiding behind his arms.
Nanny made confetti, which did make him happier.
Kennedy wanted to have her picture taken too and it was the first time Isabelle actually was happy and smiling. She loves big cousin.
