I got some cute material for a little holiday skirt for Isabelle. The pattern swore it was easy. . . and it actually wasn't that bad, but mostly because my friend Margaret helped me sew it. My sewing machine is pretty cheap little guy and it definitely would not have been able to do this skirt, since it required sewing with tulle and a ruffle foot and some other tricky stuff. Luckily Margaret had a serger, as well as a ruffle foot and a good sewing machine. And since she had 2 machines, we tag-teamed it and sewed it together. I think it turned out so cute!
And in even more exciting news, this little girl is on the go! This week she has started taking 4-5 small steps on her own, as well as pushing her little therapy wagon on her own down the hallway. Go baby girl, go!
I just had to add these pictures because all of the sudden this week the temp dropped about 25 degrees and my kiddos are freezing! This was us playing outside today.
